What is ‘Boot-Camp’ and why is it for me?

Our 10 week Boot-camp program is a series of 35 minute group exercise sessions each specifically designed to give you a fast paced fat burning workout!

Do I have to do the full 10 weeks?

To get the best out of our Boot-Camp program it is advised that you attend the full 10 week program. However if you have missed the start date or know in advance that there will be some days you will miss, please give us a call now to secure your spot for the Boot-camp session you can make!

Venue: Ruffey Lake Park, Doncaster, Victoria St Entrance (Between King St & George St) - Melways Ref: 33 J10

Session Times and start dates:  Saturday 12th June 9.30 am, Wednesday 16th 9.30 am

* Registration and payment before the start date is essential! All payments to be made up front!

*The 10 weeks are consecutive - if a participant misses a scheduled session they will not be refunded nor supplied with another session at a later date.

Tone your Time

Is your week full of demanding activities that just seem to pile up on you?

Want to lose some weight and tone your body but never seem to find the time?

Always too busy for a proper workout?
Here are some simple tips to help you get started:

  • Walk or ride a bike to work, meetings or any planned activity.
  • Park the car a little further away from home or work.
  • Take the stairs, everywhere!
  • Get up a few minutes earlier each morning to do a short walk, a few stretches or a mini workout.
  • If you find that you a exercising in large time slots aren’t working for you, do small amounts whenever you can.
  • Write your exercise plan out in your diary, or on your ‘Things to do list’, you are more likely to follow through.
  • Join an aerobics group or sports team.
  • If going to the gym seems impossible to fit in, try working out at home, or in your local park.

Who’s living in your body?

Do you ever find that you are dragging yourself out of bed in the morning, instead of jumping up to start a wonderful new day?
Rushing from task to task and then finding that you are exhausted before the end of the day?
Never have enough energy to exercise but feel tense and stressed?

Regular exercise will actually increase your energy levels, and help to manage stress.

Take back your body an revive your life with a few of these suggestions:

  • Wake up a little earlier and give yourself some time to fully wake up and enjoy your morning without rushing around.
  • Complete a few exercises or stretches in the morning.
  • Walk or ride a bike instead of taking the car.
  • Start by doing small amounts of exercise each day, and slowly build them up.
  • Listen to your body. Make sure you take some time out for yourself to relieve stress and exhaustion.
  • Allow yourself a long, quality sleep each night.
  • Eat breakfast each day.
  • Make sure you drink plenty of water through out the day.

If you aren’t comfortable working out at a gym or personal training studio there are plenty of other options:

  • Take a walk around your local park or neighborhood.
  • Go on a bike ride to work, or along a bike trail.
  • Get a group of trusted friends together and exercise with them.
  • Organise play activities with the kids.
  • Workout with your partner.
  • Hire or buy your own equipment and exercise at home.
  • Take up a sport you enjoy.
  • Hire a yoga instructor or a personal trainer.
